Our 16000 square foot workshop is perfectly equipped to cater for all of your steelwork requirements, with a 5 tonne gantry crane, and individual jib cranes over the fabrication bays, we can cope with the majority of steel sections.
Lemon Steel Services have over 50 tonnes of stock steel kept inside out of the elements, which covers the more common Universal Beams, Universal Columns and Channels, meaning should you require a quick turnaround, we can accommodate your requirements.
We can offer various finishes to your steelwork, including red or grey zinc phosphate primer, galvafroid zinc rich primer, hot dipped galvanising, powder coating and fire-protective paint.
Our fleet of delivery vehicles have HIAB cranes to assist in the offloading of your steelwork on site. We also utilise local couriers for delivering smaller items on dedicated vehicles, or for delivery to sites with restricted access. We also subcontract deliveries to other transport companies with HIAB vehicles where specialist lifts are required.
We also offer a supply & installation service with several teams of experienced steel erectors that are all CSCS qualified. We are able to provide RAMS, Lift Plans etc and our experienced project managers will ensure that all jobs are run smoothly, and all plant and labour is managed correctly.
We have comprehensive insurance with Public Liability cover of £5m and Employer Liability cover of £10m, and are SMAS & CHAS certified, and also certified to CE Execution Class 2.
